The two biggest challenges were to take into account the wide range of different target groups and to structure the extensive spectrum of offerings in a meaningful way. Each department at ibW had a different type of structure and hierarchy, which made it difficult for us to design an optimal navigation and layout for the website. However, the whole offer list was delivered via different APIs, which made it difficult for us to be able to display the content at any time and in any place.
