Each canton and each of its authorities function differently. Therefore, a product is needed that is flexible enough to meet the individual needs of each canton. For the canton of Aargau it is the various authorizations, the canton of St. Gallen has various courts included and for the canton of Graubünden it is the multilingualism. All the basic functions and the individual requests are designed in such a way that the majority of Swiss citizens can use it.

I joined the DIAM team shortly after the canton of Graubünden already had the first version online. My job was to design an individually styled product for the canton of St. Gallen with various additional requests. Later, the canton of Aargau was also added. For each of our clients, the foundation of the DIAM product was used as a starting point and then extended with various features and upgrades.
